Smart Clock’s Proximity reader – equipped Time and Attendance terminals combine all the best features of badges. Proximity cards are very difficult to forge, are very durable and work in the dirtiest environments without problems. This is due to the proximity card sending data to the Smart Clock without any physical contact required. The Smart Clocks’ with proximity card readers can be outfitted with or without keypads, for job costing. This allows employees to easily switch between job codes at the terminal. Proximity-card systems also support biometric or fingerprint verification to add an additional layer of accountability to your Time & Attendance system.
Smart Clock works directly with HID Global in their HID Advantage Channel Partner program. This allows Smart Clock to work directly with HID Global with access to their latest proximity technology. As a Advantage Partner, Smart Clock provides our 125khz proximity and iCLASS 13.56Mhz customers with the support and training to bring the latest contactless smart cards to their company.
