Special Features - Ability to fix missing punches automatically (first or last punch), unlimited multi-user network ready, unlimited user-defined sorting and selection criteria, ability to clock-in at the PC for multiple users across the network, ability to archive employee punches up to 20+ years (based on disk space), Smart Clock continues to accept punches while being polled.

Late departure, automatic lunch deduction, ability to apply different overtime pay policies to each rule of pay.

Pay Handling - Multiple daily overtime, multiple daily double time, multiple weekly overtime, multiple weekly double time, overtime for hours worked on a Holiday, special earnings (vacation, sick) overtime control to consider non-worked hours as hours worked for overtime calculation or not.

Advanced Scheduling - Ability to forecast up to 52 weeks in advance, automatically rotates schedules week to week, defines schedules that are standard, drop off or perpetual, ability to default to regular schedule if employee works an unscheduled day, copy schedules to specific groups of employees.

Labor Distribution - Ability to download specific job numbers to Smart Clock, ability to track a department or job number at the Smart Clock, each job number can have its own rate, percentage, or supplemental pay amount, job number may contain a total of 10 digits.

Password Security - Five levels of security.

Reports - 50 Standard reports.
